The Seven Sacred Signposts
Rooted in Psalm 23 and anchored in Galatians 4:19 — "until Christ is formed in you" — the Seven Sacred Signposts are a contemplative map for the soul's journey home. Every woman arrives at a different door. Every signpost is a gift.

Meet Janie Seltzer
For more than three decades, Janie Seltzer has been creating sacred spaces where women can rediscover peace, reconnect with God, and remember they are never alone on the journey.
As Co-Director of the Women's Center for SoulCARE in Carlsbad, California, Janie has guided hundreds of women through seasons of spiritual exhaustion, life transition, and the aching longing for God that can feel like silence.
A Spiritual Director, contemplative teacher, and poet, Janie holds a Master's degree in Pastoral Theology with an emphasis in Spiritual Direction, and serves as Spiritual Director to the Zig Ziglar International Community.
She is the author of three books, co-founder of three churches alongside her husband Pastor Don Seltzer, and Co-Director of the San Diego chapter of the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs.
